By creating an account or using Lately, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may only create one account per person. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Lately is a supportive accountability community. You agree to: be respectful and supportive of your pod members; not post harmful, abusive, or harassing content; not attempt to access other users' private data; and not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Pods are limited to 5 members each. Pod creators can disband their pod at any time. Members can leave a pod at any time. Check-ins shared in a pod are visible to all pod members.
You retain ownership of the content you post (check-ins, comments, photos). By posting content, you grant Lately a license to display it to your pod members as part of the service. You are responsible for the content you share.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts involved in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Lately is provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Lately is an accountability tool, not a substitute for professional help. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Use Lately as one part of your personal wellness journey.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lately after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
